Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026

This policy describes the data this website actually collects and the systems that are actually in place. It does not describe hypothetical practices, and it does not claim compliance programs, data-protection officers, or representatives that do not exist.

What the form collects

When you submit the request form, the following is collected:

• The fields you fill in — such as name, contact details, property type, a description of what is happening, the property location, and your preferred way to be contacted.
• Attribution data attached to the submission: UTM parameters, gclid and msclkid click identifiers if present, the landing page, the referring URL, and the browser user agent. This is used to understand how a request arrived.

There is currently no photo upload on this site, so no images are collected through the form.

Where data is stored and how it is shared

• Submitted requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database.
• A request may be shared with one or more independent third-party providers to fulfill the request — this is the purpose of submitting it. See the service-request disclosure.
• Email notification of a new request is sent using Resend, an email delivery service.

Rate limiting and IP handling

To limit abuse of the form, the site records a one-way HMAC-hashed version of the submitting IP address. The raw IP address is never stored. The hash cannot be reversed back into the original address and is used only to throttle repeated submissions.

Analytics and call tracking

Analytics and call-tracking tools may be enabled but are only active when configured. If enabled, they would collect the following:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and general interaction events.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregate interaction data used to understand how pages are used.
• CallRail — call-tracking data such as the number dialed and the routing of a call, used to attribute calls to the request they came from.

These are described as “may be enabled” because they are configuration-dependent; where a tool is not configured, it collects nothing.

What this site does not do

• It does not use advertising networks.
• It does not sell your data. Data is shared only to route your request to a provider, as described above.

Retention

Request data is retained until the purpose it was submitted for is fulfilled, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
